| Organise your appointment book by creating categories for each department. By setting up categories such as, Stylist, Beauty and Tanning you can then allocate your staff and rooms into these categories. Then by using the Appointment view button it is quicker to see at a glance appointments for each category. When the salon is busy you can use the Goto button to quickly find clients that have appointments that day.
Active Salons Client List locates your clients in seconds. No more searching through client record cards, view your clients’ details, their purchase history and any notes with a click of a mouse. Book an appointment with a few clicks, find future days, weeks even months quickly using the jump too icons. Select the desired treatment, then the stylist and confirm the time. Using the drag and drop technique it is possible to move appointments to another time, column or to a different day. You can also copy and then paste the appointment months ahead for your regular clients. It is also possible to print the appointment book page, you can choose whether to print the whole day’s appointments or just a particulars stylist’s day. This can help with the staff rota. |

Active Salon set up wizard is another feature which helps makes the steps to adding a new client, employee, product, treatment and many more items quick and easy to do. The wizards asks for the basic details needed to get the item added to the database, speeding this process up allows more time with clients. There is always the option at a later date to add or change the information inputted.

SMS Messages Reduce missed appointments and potential profit loss by using the SMS feature to remind customers of their appointments. The conformation system allows you to reply to their response, making it possible for you to reschedule clients not able to attend their original appointments. The SMS feature can also be used to inform clients of current promotional offers on in your salon or available time slots to maximise potential appointments sales. By using the Mailing List facility you can target specific clients, for example: clients with a birthday in the next month, clients that have spent x amount in the salon and clients who buy a certain product regularly.
